Kathmandu, July 23 : A team from the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested an Australian national on the charge of molesting Nepali boys.
Police arrested Boriman Thomas Alfred, 63, from Dihi in Pokhara in support from the Kaski Police Tuesday. Alfred was nabbed on a tip-off. He was found to lure the gullible boys and exploit them sexually, according to the CIB.
Police rescued two boys from his rented apartment in Pokhara. He is learned to have forcefully sexually exploited the boys. A case has been registered against Alfred at the District Court Kaski Tuesday itself on the charge of child sexual abuse and rape, while an investigation into the case was underway remanding the accused in custody.
