Bhaktapur, Dec 18: The youth wing of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Young Communist League (YCL) has urged CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli for the immediate unification of two communist parties.
The team YCL led by its Chairman Ram Prasad Sapkota reached Oli’s residence in Balkot today to extend felicitations and best wishes to the former prime minister and made such urges.
YCL’s Vice-Chair Biru Tamang said, “We sacrificed our blood under the leadership of Prachanda. Now, we are ready to offer sweats under your (Oli) leadership. You better expedite the party unification process.”
They also expressed their commitment to extend any best possible efforts for the country’s development and prosperity after the parties’ unification.
On the occasion, Oli urged the leaders to worry about the country not about his or her position in the party after the unification.
Likewise, he also promised that the upcoming government would bring the youth self-employment programme.
