Kawasoti, Aug 23 : Nepali Congress leader Gagan Kumar Thapa has said the religious conversion was the act against the constitution.
At a programme organised by Nepal Student Union, Dumkibas, of Nawalpur on Friday, leader Thapa reiterated that religious conversion in any form would not be acceptable.
He said, “Conversion is a crime. It should be stopped.” Although adopting any religion is personal right of the people, the religion should not be changed forcefully, added Thapa.
