Jajarkot, Nov 15: The district police on Thursday night arrested a leader of Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand from Kohalpur in Banke district.
The arrestee has been identified as Prem Prakash Oli, Jajarkot in-charge of the CPN. Oli, who was a former Maoist combatant, has been charged with extortion and torching Ncell towers and a ward office.
