Chitwan, Sept 11 . Nepal Community Party (NCP) State 3 Chairperson, Narayan Dahal has been bereaved of his father. Narayan’s father Kul Prasad Dahal died last night at his residence in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-7 in Chitwan district. He was 92.
Kul Prasad was uncle of NCP Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’. Having undergone since 2036 BS as a leader of the then Kisan Sangathan, he contributed to Nepali communist’s movements.
He is survived by four sons including Narayan and two daughters. NCP Chair Dahal is scheduled to attend the last rites of Kul Prasad scheduled for today at Devghat in Chitwan.
