Baitedi, Sept 8. District president of Rastriya Janamorcha Arjun Madai has joined the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).
More than a dozen leaders and cadres including Chair Madai entered the CPN by abandoning the Rastriya Janamorcha party. They were officially welcomed to the new party at the Sunarya rural municipality-level cadres training held on Saturday.
Central member of CPN and Baitedi district in-charge Narendra Kunwar (Bijaya Sundar) welcomed them with tika. The training and interaction programme was held in presence of central member Kunwar, provincial assembly members Prem Prakash Bhatta and Liladhar.
The government’s performance and the party’s future strategy were also discussed at the programme chaired by CPN Sunarya rural municipality committee chair (proposed) Jagdish Kunwar.
