Lawmakers draw govt attention on contemporary issues

Kathmandu, Aug 29: Lawmakers have drawn the attention of the government on contemporary issues. Speaking in the special hour of the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting today, lawmakers urged concerned authority not to disrupt the power supplies as power disruption has affected the city people lately.

Lawmakers Pampha Bhusal opined that the Ministry of Energy and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) should be responsible not to disrupt the power supplies. Similarly, lawmaker Mahendra Ray Yadav urged to resume the construction of postal highway.

Lawmaker Pushpa Bhusal opined to resolve the Rapti Health Science Academy’s problem. Lawmaker Prem Suwal drew the attention on making financial activities transparent.

Lawmakers Sanjay Gautam, Navraj Silwal and Prem Giri had spoken on various issues in the meeting.
