Nepal’s constitution excellent: CM Bhatta

Dhangadhi, Sept 20,  Far West state chief minister Trilochan Bhatta has stressed that all should come together to realise the vision envisaged by the constitution.

In his address to a ceremony held marking the Constitution Day today, the chief minister who is also the coordinator of Far West State Constitution Day Main Celebration Committee, the chief minister was of the view that relevance of the Constitution Day celebrations would be proved only if the people’s rights imagined by the constitution were realised.

Stating that the Nepal’s constitution was excellent in the entire world, he asserted that commitments and dedications of all including political parties and the government were needed for the effective implementation of the constitution.

“The state government is committed to transforming the state into a home of all by strengthening national unity,” he said.

Minister for internal affairs and law, Prakash Bahadur Shaha described the constitution promulgated first time people’s representatives as best constitution in the world. A morning rally and cultural dance portraying local folk culture were parts of the celebration.

State government ministers, State Assembly members, employees, Nepal Police, Nepal Army, Armed Police Force personnel, school teachers, students and public were present on the occasion.
