PM Oli returns home after medical treatment

Kathmandu, Sept 6 . Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli returned home today following his follow-up treatment in Singapore.

PM Oli had left for Singapore on August 22 where he got his follow-up care for his kidney problems at National University Hospital.

Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara, Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel, Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali and Nepal Communist Party Parliamentary Party deputy leader Subas Nembang among others, were at Tribhuvan International Airport to receive PM Oli. They welcomed the PM at VVIP lounge there.

NCP General Secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel and leader Bamdev Gautam, who reached Singapore some days ago to take stock of PM’s health, also returned today.
PM was accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, chief political adviser Bishnu Prasad Rimal, personal doctor Dibya Singh Shah and personal secretary Rajesh Bajracharya among others.

PM’s health is normal and he could continue his regular affairs, said PM’s personal doctor Shah meanwhile. He took plasmapheresis treatment successfully in Singapore, reads a statement issued today by Dr Shah.
