Monsoon to remain active for three days

Chand-led group’s leader arrested

Panchthar, Sept 12,  The police have arrested a leader of Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal from Phidim municipality-14 in the district. Bijaya Nembang, the district secretary of the CPN, has been charged with extorting people’s representatives, employees, industrialists and various organisations. Investigations are ongoing, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Siddharaj Neupane.
