Kathmandu, Aug 20, The Nepal Food Corporation and National Trading Limited have been merged to form the ‘ Food Management and Trade Company’.
Earlier, the government had decided to merge two companies for making a single entity. The new entity has come into operation after getting registered at the Office of Company Registrar on August 13, it is informed in a press statement.
