Galeshwor, Nov 1, An earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale was felt in settlements of the western region in Myagdi and Baglung early this morning. The quake with its epicenter near Adhikari Chaur of Baglung was measured at 3.51 am, the National Seismological Center said.
The arrival of quake early in the morning terrorised the normal life. In Myagdi, it was primarily experienced in Siwang, Arman, Babiyachaur and Barajja, said one Umesh Sapkota of Arman. Similarly, its wave was spread to neighbouring districts Gulmi, Pyuthan, Rukum and Rolpa as well. Details of probable loss caused by it are awaited.
