‘Employment Centre’ established in Nepalgunj

Ranjha, Sept 8, An ’employment centre’ has been established in Nepalgunj with an objective of facilitating youths to get jobs at various firms. The centre was established to provide employments to jobless people on the basis of their skill and capacity by establishing their links to various employers and organisations, said Managing Director of the centre, Shailendra Raj Giri.

Inaugurating the centre formally here today, Mayor of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city, Dr Dhawal Shumsher Rana, said the centre would help meet the demand of capable human resources required for different institutions including hotels, factories, hospitals and schools.

The centre would work as a bridge between the employer and workers. He said, “We connect youths to different firms after producing capable employees as per the firms’ demand.” More than 150,000 people across the country have already registered in the centre so far, seeking various types of jobs.
