Portugal, Aug 12, Nepali Congress ( NC) Spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma has arrived Portugal, a European nation. He arrived here on Sunday night after attending a programme organised by the Nepali Janasamparka Samiti (Peoples Coordination Committee) in Cyprus.
Nepali Peoples Coordination Portugal president Binod Ghimire, former president Laxmi Prasad Sapkota, NC Mahasamiti member Chij Kumar Tamang and NC leaders and cadres had welcomed him in Lisbon International Airport.
Leader Sharma is scheduled to address the Committee’s 10 AGM today and will facilitate training ( meant for party’s cadres and leaders here) to be focused on the issues of party’s present status, upcoming policy and its role and contribution of Nepalis living outside the country to Nepal’s prosperity here on Tuesday.
Following his three-day stay in Portugal, he will leave for Denmark to address a programme to be organised by the Peoples Coordination Committee, Denmark. He is accompanied by Nepal Tarun Dal, a youth wing of the Nepali Congress, general secretary Bhupendra Jung Shahi.
